The Rio project in WA will boost demand for housing in the Pilbara, not Perth metro ! Look at prices in Karratha, though, and the question is whether that growth is already factored in to prices.
City infrastructure projects are great, but long overdue, and no particular reason they will boost Perth house prices, IMO.
