Had some spare time this morning and wanted to get some perspective on how market and sentiments have changes. This was a particularly interesting read, i wonder how zed is doing with those two new builds in Madora and Lakelands. Prices down there have been falling quite a bit. I don't think he would have got the rental increase and the capital gains he was hoping for, if he did it didn't last.
