how much do you think it would cost to build a basic turn key home in Victoria under the current system ball park figure?
Prices are not high boss bar the inner CBD most areas are actually quite cheap when you realise it probably cost around 800-900k to build in a new area greater then 30km cbd
it isnt tax the ALP allowed the unions to push up wages for CMFEU workers resulting in all tradies wanting a bigger salary blowing out the cost of building
it isnt materials, but the labor costs in this state
average house price in Vic is lower then the cost of building a new stand alone house - price are not high
