The state is banrupt due to Josh Fryden Berg, ScoMo and ALbo.
THey need to raise taxes so it does not go bankrupt, prices come down and I will start to invest in more viable opportunities.
Argentina is looking good with the riots, there need to be more riots in Victoria to get prices to come down do more investment floods in
it is why Argentina is a advanced nation and Australia is still developing
