    If you have a look at the Wah Nam Bidder's Statement, paragraph 13.9 'Conditions of the Offer' and its various sub-paragraphs give BRM a number of opportunities to defeat the bid (if they are genuinely serious about killing it off) by taking one or more actions that breach Wah Nam's own conditions for takeover.

    I don't think this morning's announcement by the Takeover Panel means 'game over' for BRM, not by a long shot.
