Does anyone think that there's a touch of the Qantas's about...

Does anyone think that there's a touch of the Qantas's about this one. i.e. directors just a little bit too keen to get into bed with the "enemy". Is this really a fair offer given the potential of the co and previous shareprice spikes. Pretty easy to stroll in when the shareprice has been so languid for a few months, and try and make us think they are doing us a favour.
I guess if was considered too cheap, an alternative hostile bid would come in from a competitor? We can only hope.

What do you blokes who were predicting a near - term $1 share price think???
