Having been to the Malaysian High Court, are there any hurdles left for SMSL to use to slow us down.
Assuming there's not then we need to be looking at fundamentals. Were's have a DCF valuation of $1.70 although only a 12 month forward price projection of 0.97c on the basis of 12.1 eps in 2015 when we are fired up operationally, and a 6.0c dividend. That's a (cheap) 6.7pe.

- consistent production going forward
- ramping up of stage 2
