I am not sure if you have done your money. Depends at what price you got in and/or out.
It is now near the end of March and still no mining has started.
There is not a road from the project to the Chinese border.
There is a Presidential election on this year... There is a new mining law being reviewed... Not much will happen till both of these events are finalised.
Late last year the new Minister of Environment and Green Development, S. Oyun stated
" I'm sorry if you don't build a road, you will not transport the coal."
She further stated " This means that green development, sustainable development, economy,society and the environment should support each other on everybody's overall development. This statement was aimed at the entire industry. Has Guildford done anything practical to advance the Noyon project along these lines?.... Not that I can see.
I have not seen an announcement of a mineable coal reserve, a mining schedule or any short or medium term plan.
Unti all these things are in place it is all pie in the sky and nothing more than an exploration play.
Not sure what the monthly cash burn is but the $5m plus a bit available on the 31st December won't get a mine established.
I think Orange may be right on this one.
