I wonder if Mantle and Calcifier have exhausted all avenues re the impasse they find themselves in now, one of the parties is going to lose and be up for what will no doubt be an expensive court hearing or worse, both! It could be Mantle, can we afford to lose cash needed to move this company forward, can we afford to lose Mt Mulligan? Obviously the answer in no.
How much influence have the lawyers had in this looming court battle, obviously both Mantle and Calcifier consider they hold the ace card, have the lawyers given them the opinion they can win, after all you don't going into an expensive court hearing to lose do you?
Are we now locked into what could make or break this company? Will the board once again ask shareholders to chip in to keep this company going?
This is to me a real concern and I hope our directors are not being led astray by lawyers more interested in themselves than the client.
I have my sentiment as hold, but I honestly don't know with this one.
