I agree. I suppose the upside is that we have a tighter register now with fewer stale bulls

I had a chat with a macquarie broker yesterday, he was very bullish on energy stocks in general. This guy has been in the game for a long time and has seen booms and busts (unlike many in the business now that are still wet behind the ears).

ATM everyone concentrating on "demand destruction" but few are taking into account the swift supply response that is occuring with regards production and particularly exploration.
He see's current energy prices as a massive over reaction set to correct driven by world wide economic stimulation, political tension and a dawning realisation by markets that the sell-off is way overdone
