Does the article contain any information that is new or different to that included in the Hartley's Research paper of 28 Nov 2011 (extract below)?

"No Coincidence that all L9 Partners Acquired Recently:
Both of Flow’s partners in Block L9, offshore Kenya, were also recently acquired. Ophir acquired Dominion (60%, operator) for $186m and CAMAC acquired Avana (10%) for $15m. This is a strong endorsement of industry interest in the offshore Kenya blocks. FAR has a 30% interest in L9 and a 60% operated interest in L6, which surround L8 where Apache, Origin, Pancontinental and Tullow will drill the billion barrel Mbawa prospect, likely in mid 2012. Anadarko is also drilling offshore Kenya in 2012. FAR is in the process of farming out a 3D seismic commitment on L6 and given that L9’s geology is similar to L8, where Apache and Tullow recently farmed-in, we expect a farm-out can easily be achieved here also, if desired".
