    Actually, some ASX announcements, such as the contract announcements and financial updates seem to show the company in good health.

    However, other announcements, especially the immediate resignations of board members, including the CFO, and the unexpected sale of assets (including Scanline - a profitable business), suggest otherwise.

    This company never did release much detail with their announcements, including the tender offer which was of some concern.
