Guys – the administrators report can be downloaded from KordaMentha’s website. Not sure why it is kept secret from shareholders and should be published on the ASX announcements platform as is commonly done in other similar situations.

It looks like there was just enough cash to cover the administrator’s fees and they have left it to the liquidator to decide whether they would be prepared to pursue any recovery actions which may diminish the dividends available to creditors even further. Unless any litigation funders are prepared to take this on, unfortunately its game over for shareholders.
