Consumer confidence has reached a two year low in June and the recent spate of Natural Disasters are currently preventing planes from flying due to the recent ash cloud dramas. Natural Disasters have effected Countries throughout the World.

It's heartbreaking to say the very least, to turn on the News, and watch mother nature's wrath unfolding in front of your eyes. Watching it almost does not seem real.

These unusual series of events have impacted on people?s lives and homes in Countries throughout the World. On Moral grounds; why haven?t the laws been changed to support the victims of mother nature?s wrath???

Members of Monitor Energy Limited (shareholders) have a right to vote for or against the Proposed Resolution and we are asking the Members of the Company to make an informed decision prior to signing the Proposed Resolution.

It was almost two years ago that water over drill was the cause of a cease in drilling operations in the Cooper Basin because of unusually high flood waters and it is not unreasonable to ask the Company to support their Members. Until the Company is able to recommence drilling, the shares and options will not have an opportunity to reach their full potential , thus; bear fruit!

It is without prejudice to the Company and the Members of the Company if the Proposed Resolution went forward because, by increasing the exercise price by $0.005 the Company has the potential to raise 45 Million in additional capital which can be used towards future drilling operations to further advance projects.

    We have submitted our vote!!!

Will you be signing the Proposed Resolution.......... the choice is yours!
