re the Uni debt bubble, I forgot to add: in the article I read... giving advice to the Uni graduates with debt.... is was explained: to be forgiven the debt holder needs to make their monthly repayment for 10 years without missing. Then they added: "that means you need to make 120 payments in a row"
I did get out my calculator and I can confirm 10 years of monthly payments does equal 120 payments. But I do have a Maths Honours degree. So it was easier for me. I can understand the average American Uni graduate may not have worked that out. And so did the writer of the article know they need a hint!
