"I disagree - from 07FY report"
Kawartha, what do you disagree with?
"EBIT before non-recurring items was $9.6m with a gross margin of 37%"
You cite EBIT for the company as a whole but it is EBIT from Cinabrio that you posted about and that I responded to. EBIT from Cinabrio of $50 mill was flagged over and over again from late last year until March/April this year. Only correction to make it that is was aussie dollars not septic ones.
BTW the company EBIT of $9.6mill non-recurring has always been a curiosity to me. $12.6 mill EBIT: $4mill profit from legal actions, obvious that is non recurring. $2 mill gain on derivative - that is presumably defined as recurring. $1.1 mill "other income" with no accompanying note. Presumably to get a number $9.6 mill they must have defined some of the expenses as non-recurring but it is not immediately clear which ones would or should be.
In any case they made $6 mill in 07 from litigation and derivatives. It didn't look too good based solely on the $ from routine operations.
