I do totally agree with your points. However as I also can see there a couple of resistance levels at 10c and 11.5c. Can you see these resistance levels? I would note that 11.5c is an important level, as the company has recently issued 173.9mln shares at 11.5c.
However I think due to the end of the financial year without any significant news the SP was under big selling pressure in June and I hope that the stock should recover some June's losses during next month, July. But at this stage with a very negative sentiment from Dow Jones it is very difficult to believe that the SP price can reach your target of 14.5c during July. This is my own opinion.
