    It might not be as idiotic as would seem.
    If you consider that an economy has been very weak and is starting to recover and interest rates are at zero or very low,the central bank decides to tick rates upward.
    People may well consider that the economy is recovering and decide to spend more.
    If people have been down in the dumps for a while and they want to feel more optimistic and rate rises occur they may want to go out and "blow their dough"to feel good.
    I doubt that it will be the case with the yanks as very few people will be seeing any recovery anywhere,and their ability to spend is shrinking.
    If the FED raises I think they will have to be dovish in their statement or the risk of a market keel over is high.
    I think that they won't raise but will remain hawkish.
    How Gold responds to their games is going to be interesting.
    The pressure continues to build
