You have to remember that the sort of projects that Santos has got going on does take time to see returns, so at the moment I'm quite happy for the sp to sit at around $11 cos i'll accumulate more and more. Furthermore, there is all this talk about a supply glut of natural gas, well, it's coming from America... by the time you take into account liquefication costs, transport costs and also possible cost blowouts of their own, you'll be looking at around $13 mmbtu. This was reiterated by Santos chief executive too.

Btw, even if America exports all that gas, that only contributes to 10% of the worlds gas demand, not really enough to affect global prices. Further to that, it's doubtful that the Japanese and Chinese are going to rely just on america for their gas --> They like to diversify their supply chain incase something happens.

2013 will be a very good year for STO in my opinion. I would keep accumulating as much as you can.
