    The technicals are looking a hell of a lot better now and the word on the street is some large SA coal companies are looking seriously at using WEC's knowhow to turn coal pond waste into coal B's
    Coal producers worldwide need to get rid of their waste and WEC could have a market here

    Just one deal could signal a market
