BHP ex div early March. Any shorts will close out as they don't want to pay the divvy.
Shares tend to rally into ex div date.
Each cent the AUD drops BHP gains a huge amount of $ and the AUD has further to fall. RBA wants it at 0.75 which means it'll no doubt overshoot at some point.
Good for our miners.
I believe BHP isn't as reliant on the price of oil as say WPL, nice to be mining copper, iron ore etc
Time will tell, I think your xstal ball is about as good as everyone elses at this point in time.
Please back up any such statements to add some credibility to them.
