Buy banks near their peak or buy quality resources near their bottom?
If you are a longer term investor then sell the banks and buy blue chip resources able to turn a profit in the bottom of the market IMO. In the peak of the next resources boom sell your resources and buy banks.
If you are short term investor trade in the volatility.....
