I have often thought the same about that money which was raised for drilling and then being used for other things. In my opinion that money should have been kept aside for the drilling and if the company couldn't survive until that point then wrap it up and return the money! I would love to see a class action against these guys and I don't care if the lawyers end up with most the proceeds. Its about time company execs of public companies stopped treating shareholders like this.
