You can't be mad enough to think ramping TLS on HC will affect its price, so I can only assume you either need to convince yourself of your argument some more, or else you just have nothing else to do.

Long or short, I think there are better games in town than TLS, but for my money I'd keep tight stops as when this ULL decision comes I think the market's reaction will be quick and it will be strong.
