If I were to do that I would have to crack open a capsule and test 1/2 or maybe 1/3 of the dose to try and match L-Theanines effects. I dont have too much interest in trying to match L-Theanines effects as it seems very, very mild in comparison to Kava in terms of relief. Would rather just use Kava if I had to pick between the two products.

I was taking Noble Calm, which I believe has a slightly lower Kava dose than the Noble Kava capsules which are just pure Kava and not mixed with complimentary ingredients. I will be trying Noble Kava today to see if there is a major difference in potency.
