I'm quite liking the Fiji Kava sleep, I am definitely noticing a difference compared to the Swisse sleep that I used to take... I feel I am falling asleep more quickly, having a deeper sleep (lots of dreams that I remember) and feeling good in the morning... The first time I took it I felt groggy in the morning but that was probably because I was tired to start with and I had alcohol with it... Haven't experienced being groggy since... The product definitely works
