I am betting that many who lost big time either had standing stop loss orders or had purchased speculative and profoundly manipulated LYC stock on margin--both very foolish mistakes, IMO. Some people just have to lose big time before they learn. Still, I bet there are those who added shares on margin and still have stop-loss orders--I have no sympathy when such foolhardy lose.
