I re-read all the CGT announcements from the past 6 months and cannot avoid thinking that the management knew about this all along.

I still think CGT at a P/B of <0.5 is way oversold right now, but the recent sp inflation followed by sp consolidation looks to me like a nice pony trick to raise more capital.

Just my 2 cents
