guess it could have been mitigated by using a smaller single boom jumbo instead of a large double boom which is what I guess is all they had to use as would have been used for the decline development
As for airlegs how many trained operators are out there in Vic under 50 years old?
As nk has pointed out twice they need to get to the main lodes where mechanised mining is appropriate. In a way I didnt think the announcment was that bad as the small outlying lodes they were mining were only being mined to help with cashflow as they descended to mako.
The cap now is a joke compared with say MCO at around $80M
MCO better not replicate CGT's corporate and operational performance once it starts stoping (for a second time).
