From the current pattern of the LYC share price,I found similarity with the recent takeover of MMX. At first Chinese wanted to takeover MMX without success, then destroyed the company by holding their investment in port and rail line. Subsequently Mitsubishi take over MMX under 50 cents. We retail stockholder are helpless against those big fish and management is nothing but puppet. Hope it will not happen to LYC.
