    If all that information is correct, I'm starting to think the Smorgon acquisitions (recently announced) are simply acquiring a block of stock to pass on to Pathfinder down the track when/should an official takeover be announced (e.g. "Hey old friends, acquire some AQO stock and we will pay you 30 cents for it in 3 months."

    If that is the case, we are back to one potential party trying to control AQO...but a party that it very keen.
