So you sent your email on 23rd Jan and did NOT get a reply till 10th April? That tells me that Minister Houssos' office reacted to all the emails that were being sent to her in late March/April from HC. My 'official' email through her website to the Minister is not due to be replied till the end of this month (20 working days). Although this letter tells us nothing that we dont already know...however, it does reveal that 'they' are trying to plant the narrative that PEP11 can not be proceeded with due to their BIASED Legislation which has been brought into law/affect AFTER NOPTA Recommendation.
They must think people are going to swallow their zombie puss hook line and sinker. Do they believe that their legislation has ENDED PEP11??
I find it contemptible that they would reference this 5km ban legislation as some sort of fait accompli!??!!?!?!?
