If this was the case, hasn't Ed been sitting on it all this time then and not King and not exercising all the actions at his disposal against NSW we were accusing King of. I'm not convinced how clean sheet Ed actually is.
If other applications were going through him and being approved based on NOPTA advice then why was PEP11 held. He may also be puppeted. This is extremely frustrating as an investor.
