I have to agree with Scammer and it was disappointing that cerbera was cut down like that wit no support. He was quite right. The stock has been propped for a few weeks now - before from 6.5 to 6.7 and now 7.0 to 7.3... I've been watching closely and traded this numerous times. Again, props are fine, but don't disregard them. I still rate PRR as a high 'BUY'
