Ipod, your observation may be correct. People have different agendas. I could equally come to the conclusion that the sellers at 8 cents, 8.1cent and 8.2cents are also "stooges". i.e., they are there to create the impression that there is a wall there which will be difficult to knock down.
In the end it comes down to whether you a believer or not. Do I think that PRR have a product which has great POTENTIAL. From everything that I have read and seen, so far, I do, and that is why I have chosen to invest in this company.
What the traders do, and what the manipulators attempt to do, matters little to me
