North of 27,000,000 shares held in escrow for less than 12 months at a price of 9c.

That represents approximately 40% of SOI. What will happen to the SP if this company doesn't improve the following aspects:
- communicate better with the market
- follow through on earnings guidance
- increase revenue
- manage capital expenditure conservatively or in proportion to revenue
- start marketing the products
- manage to somehow penetrate the medicinal marijuana market

All of the above have been promised since IPO and most have not been delivered.

It's all in the company’s announcements and shareholders and potential investors have right to know this.
