    Used most of the different brands of non-stick cookware, IMO Scanpan was the worst (Not S/Steel Scanpan though, I have the frypan and saucepan set in S/Steel and its good).

    Best I've used so far is Jamie Oliver by Tefal. Can get a 2 pack (24cm/28cm frypan) for around $130 if you shop around, last for years. Most important thing is to not use in dishwasher and good hot soapy wash.

    French is best, Le Chassuer / Le Crueset . Old fashioned gear that I will probably be handing down to the next generation it will last that long. Stove top / Oven cook up to 200c , and looks great too.
