Mail on Monday 19th April 2021 confirmed and gave me necessary documentation to claim tax loss.

I have a reply from Piper Alderman and confirm the litigation is going ahead but not against the company but against the directors who would have insurance for such matters.
The Brisbane office is handling the matter and confirmed i am a registered in the class action.

A second legal firm is also starting a class action. But didn't take note of the company. I know the gentleman who passed on his information and could move to that company if Piper Alderman do not pursue the case.

Keep this thread active. Lets see if they have not broken the law?
