I have no clue what it means and am doing some reading to try to find out more.
Looks like if you don't take any action you will agree to the third party release automatically and have until December 8 to opt out otherwise.

Is this releasing all stock holders so they can realise a loss on the worthless stock?
What happens if you opt out and wait?

Hopefully someone more knowledgeable with bankruptcy laws comes to answer!
