I think you are correct, but it would be helpful to receive the comments from someone who is better able to decipher the legal gobbledegook. From what I can see, Section 10.7 sets out what signing the release means, but please DYOR. Wouldn't you think that SDA would provide us shareholders, who will be left with nothing, with some form of explanatory guidance as to the implications of signing the release or, alternatively, opting out. I guess they simply don't care.

Shares are worth 0 cents. Company has sold managed services to NBN which they say includes employees, assets and equipment to transfer to NBN co.
