Anthony Viljoen ( Director of both Bushveld and Lemur ) has a tidy 4,000,000 shares - so safe to say he will be happy to offer himself a good price for his own shares !

They will make an offer, question is how much and when. Does anyone know if there are any timeframe requirements in regards to when they must make the offer. Given that they are now obligated to do so.

Mr. Fortune Mojapelo is a Director of LMR & also the CEO of Bushveld. Do you really think Viljoen care how much he gets for his 4 million shares at Bushveld???? Both Mojapelo & Viljoen through their private company VM Investment Pty Ltd control Bushveld & LMR.
I sincerely hope they both have the interest of LMR shareholders at heart as both Directors look like a very decent & professional businessmen. Moreover it's karma , " as you sow , so shall you reap " Good karma will reap good & bad karma will eventually reap bad.
