    Yes I know but I'm being very pessimistic with my assumptions and assuming they will do the takeover in an opportunistic way and only pay cash value plus a very small premium that way they get the company for free really and the coal project too

    but trust me I won't be complaining if they want to offer 20c plus
    but will still be happy with 8c too, obviously long term shareholders won't be
