I too believe they have the IPP license lining up and are also interested in progressing the project.

The 5% sale is a win for the sellers as they will get the premium for the TO bid and I believe there will be a good rise in the SP of Bushveld once the TO is done (I'd be buying Bushveld shares as well atm).

I believe the TO bid will be between 9.5 - 11.5c and will occur sooner rather than later - it will happen before the IPP license is granted.

As I've said before - this is a win/win/win. Bushveld/Lemur holders/the 5% sellers. The only 'losers' are the impatient who sold out when the price was well below it's cash value.
