You have a very good point about the time facture with FOGL, but as I don't hold (happy where I am!)), I'm waiting perhaps?
Just a point though, DES, another Faulklander hopeful (northern block), has been chased quite a bit higher over here for some time. My worry there is the fact that some of the very large oilers have moved away from the scene!
Something tells me HDR is about to do what you say and move higher over the next few weeks! That should be fun?
