Hey Rennies,
I incorrectly spoke. The director did not sell out of his position in ARV he failed to exercise his option to acquire more shares. As for Shaun Day, I just sent him an email today. I do not expect to hear from him because if GGP had any intentions to do a JV or take out of ARV he couldn’t talk about it publicly, but I do know ARV monitors these bulletin boards and I want them to know this is no way to run a company.
