So allow me to word this differently.
NCM had 30 business days to decide if they wish to own a further 5% in Havieron for the Bargain price of $60m, (announced by Greatland on RNS 21st July 2022) (https://polaris.brighterir.com/public/greatland_gold/news/rns/story/w9e6ndr)

The Options Price submitted by Newcrest took Havieron from $228m NPV to $1.2BN which is 5.3x the value of that PFS. (as identified in that same RNS). based on data that was only 64 days older, and has been independently verified.

What is our company doing here? $1.2BN - Sandeep's tune has changed over there last year, where he was "Drilling the bejesus" out of it, to hardly saying anything. Telfer has been saved. an exploration decline is underway BEFORE the FS has been completed. why is the company not using this first class that they own (70-75% of in Aus.), as a reason to engage shareholders? It is the biggest Australian find in well over a generation with a conversion rate of 86%!

Needless to say, I suspect it has also gone under the radar on that same RNS, Greatland offered a Cash payment to buy the 5% deal back, for substantially more money than the $60m that is under consideration. so it must be worth more than that or else they would have accepted.
