Checkfacts you are correct in much of what you have written.
The director holdings is too high and is the real issue of why HAV has not been taken over or partnered with someone.
Though this saved HAV from the simec Gupta attempt and a board coup many years ago. There is a fine line from having too much control and is a reason why raising funds is difficukt for HAV as a lot.of insto investors see the holding too high.
Anyways best thing with have is to accumulate and trade a few here and their and.keep a few in the bottom draw.
