what is with the so called dispute with the SP - HAV trying to 'buy' out the intrest of glencore at what price $2.147!!! based on the share price when the original deal was signed????
What Co would accept that?? Unless it was stipulated in the original argreement, then a company should never agree to such terms - rather .6894 per share sounds much more likely and therefore diluted the existing shares by more than 10%.
I dont see Glencore agreeing to anything less. However, of course ,I am just an observer and am not a lawyer or privy to the original agreement terms.
