I'm not really familar with REX minerals so I can't comment on where they're at.
Here's a pdf that broadly shows Sth Australian copper projects (although it hasn't been updated with HAV's latest numbers or possibly for the other companies too)

You'll note there isn't that big a difference between the projects total resources (particularly considering HAV's upgrade & considering attributable gold).
As for the discrepancy in the chart between HAV & RXM, I think it might come down to the use of the word "reserve". There is a difference between a reserve and a resource. Or it could just be a mistake (either by RXM or my interpretation of the figures)
Either way, proposed production rates and a visible pathway to production are what I would consider to be the most important factors at this stage. For HAV, we're probably 4 or 5 months away from clarity on that.
