Tucker Carlson explained it: if they are called Labour then ministers should be Labour tradies ie. plumber electrician tiler, painter, bricklayer carpenter etc.
Since there's no building tradies as ministers they'd rather called Labor short of Laboratories, where all "good" chemicals are made.
